Each treatment costs CHF 132 - the first treatment and consultation usually takes 1 hour and 20 minutes and therefore costs CHF 176.
Cranio-sacral Therapy is a gentle, scientific and effective therapy based on findings made by osteopaths 100 years ago about the intrinsic movements of the skull and the rhythmic tidal motions of the body. It is natural, safe and effective: using light touch to encourage the body to heal itself.
Cranio-Sacral Therapy is based around the gentle and natural motion of fluids which surround the brain (inside the cranium) and spine (which ends at the sacrum), but which influence the whole body.
Before we start, I will take your case history and ask you questions about the specific ailments which are bothering you.
You will be asked to lie down, fully clothed, with your shoes off. I will then start giving cranio-sacral therapy by touching you lightly on different parts of your body.
Cranio-sacral Therapy is suitable for people of all ages, from babies to the elderly, and also in fragile or acutely painful conditions. It is often appropriate when other therapies may not be, such as during pregnancy, after an operation, accident, fall or injury, and for young babies. Using a holistic approach, Craniosacral Therapy may help with almost any condition, by raising your vitality and bringing your wellness to the fore.
Anyone who has experienced cranio-sacral therapy will tell you that it is extremely pleasant. Many would say it is blissful.
